Service downtime - Nov 11-13th

Heads up on some upcoming downtime on Nov 11-13th while we re-arrange network equipment and do some software updates. Services may not be down for all of that time, but you should expect things to be intermittent at best if they're available at all. Services should be back to regular availability again in the wee hours of Nov 14th
