Fediverse

We're steadily working on setting up a Fediverse (Mastodon) instance. It'll be freely federated with the rest of the Fediverse, but will likely need users to be approved before they can join. This will help keep our semi-private instance from filling up too quickly and allow me to control who gets to join.
